LivXplore has created these Lifestyle Community Tours to acclimate you within the community. Your consultant can be your personal guide or you can be provided a tour through your smartphone. 

 

PETALUMA

Petaluma Lifestyle Tour

Start & Finish: LivXplore Office - 10 4th Street, Petaluma

Meeting at our LivXplore office, we will depart to ride through the historic Petaluma neighborhoods exploring architecture from the 1800’s. Learn about the rich history that Petaluma has to offer as one of California’s oldest cities. After seeing some of the historic homes and buildings that Petaluma has to offer in the Western Petaluma and Oakhill Brewster areas, the tour will make its way over to the Downtown Petaluma area, home to endless shops and restaurants. Nearing the end of the tour, enjoy food and drinks at some of the best places that Petaluma is now known for, including The Block Petaluma, Taps, as well as Brewster Beer Garden + Restaurant.

 

COTATI

Cotati/Rohnert Park Lifestyle Tour

Start: Green Music Center @ Sonoma State University. 

Finish: Jaded Toad @ Olivers Shopping Center

Starting at Green Music Center (which provides year-round performances to some of the most compelling artists of our time), serving as home to the Sonoma State University Music Department, the Santa Rosa Symphony, and Sonoma Bach. We traverse community trails, past new home communities to the Spreckels Performing Arts Center and the Rohnert Park Community Center. From there we detour past the Foxtail Golf Club and over to the Bear Republic Brewer (for a quick pint if so desired). From there we make a quick trip to downtown Cotati, past the bars and restaurants and finish at Olivers Shopping Center and possibly another Pint at Jaded Toad. 

 

SANTA ROSA

Santa Rosa Lifestyle Tour

Start & Finish: Land and Water Coffee - 621 4th Street, Santa Rosa

Description: Santa Rosa features a wide array of landscapes, real estate, as well as

activities. This tour will feature a glimpse at everything from Santa Rosa’s historic multi-million dollar mansions, all the way to the abundance of shops, restaurants, and cafes spread out around the Old Courthouse Square. After enjoying a coffee and breakfast from one of Santa Rosa’s best local coffee shops, Land and Water Coffee, we will make our way through the historic neighborhoods of Santa Rosa, seeing architecture dating back to the 1800’s. The McDonald Mansion, home to the family of Santa Rosa’s most prominent early citizens, is just one of the incredible pieces of architecture that you will see along this tour. Once getting a taste of some of the historic neighborhoods, we will make our way back towards downtown Santa Rosa to finish off the tour with food and beverages at one of the many desired restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa, including the coveted Russian River Brewing Company. Here, it is not uncommon to see groups of people waiting in line an entire day to get a taste of one of Russian River Brewing Company’s extremely limited releases such as Pliny the Younger.

Trione-Annadel State Park Lifestyle Bike Tour

Start & Finish: Trail House - 4036 Montgomery Drive, Santa Rosa

Description: Trail House is one Santa Rosa’s gems, featuring a bike shop, cafe, and ale

house all in one. Once arriving at Trail House, start your day off by grabbing a coffee and breakfast from the cafe. After departing from Trail House, we will make our way through Howarth Park and Spring lake and into the heart of Trione-Annadel State Park, one of Santa Rosa’s premier locations for outdoor activities. This tour features some on-road paths, as well as off-road trails, and showcases some of the many activities that you can do in Santa Rosa and Sonoma County. After returning back from the tour, you can enjoy lunch and beverages at Trail House.

 

WINDSOR

Windsor Lifestyle Tour

Start & Finish: Windsor Town Green - Duvander Lane, Windsor

Description: The town of Windsor is great for all ages, featuring a full array of activities to do. From the central grass covered picnic area, to the playground and golf course, Windsor will be able to keep you entertained for a full day. This tour will start at the Windsor Town Green, before making its way through the outskirts of Windsor on a tour of the local recreational areas, including Foothill Regional Park, Kaiser Park, as well as the Windsor Golf Club. Just minutes from Charles M. Schulz - Sonoma County Airport, you can make travel to and from Windsor easier than ever. Finish off this tour at one of Windsor’s amazing restaurants, including one of Sonoma County’s favorites, Sweet T’s Restaurant + Bar.

 

HEALDSBURG

Healdsburg Lifestyle Tour

Start & Finish: Plank Coffee Healdsburg - 175 Dry Creek Road, Healdsburg

Description: Healdsburg is home to numerous restaurants, cafes, as well as boutique shops. Activities in Healdsburg don’t just end at shopping and eating, however. Make your way just out of the town square and you will find yourself able to walk down to the Russian River for a day on the beach, or a paddleboard adventure on the water. This tour will start at Plank Coffee, just North of the town square, before making its way into the high-end neighborhoods of Healdsburg. The bike-friendly streets through the neighborhoods of Healdsburg will give you a taste of the real estate that the area has to offer. Afterwards, enjoy lunch and refreshments, as well as some of the best ice cream around at Noble Folk Ice Cream & Pie Bar located in the Healdsburg town square.

 

GEYSERVILLE 

Geyserville Lifestyle Tour

Start & Finish: Downtown Geyserville - Geyserville Avenue, Geyserville

Description: While the town of Geyserville is small, the surrounding region has an immense amount of beauty to offer. Geyserville is located in the prestigious Alexander Valley grape growing region of Sonoma County. As one of the most well-known grape growing regions in the Western states, Alexander Valley is home to numerous exclusive vineyards and wineries including the famous Francis Ford Coppola Winery. Enjoy a tour on the bucolic winding roads of Geyserville, with stops at the local ‘spots’ including the Dry Creek General Store. Finish off the tour with lunch at Catelli’s or Diavola Pizzeria & Salumeria, two of the best restaurants in Sonoma County.
